Bears seem to be in control for ETH price action, however, the appearance of bullish RSI divergence on 1H time-frame shows that bulls might take charge for now. Price has formed first higher high and break above it would further confirm a small bullish rally, possibly retesting the broken trendline. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
