ETH tested the support again and bouncing from there. The local resistance for ETH is $3800-$3820 and $3900-$4000 area. Still no sign of strength and ETH is just going with Bitcoin. ETH BTC pair is also at support levels and need to bounce from there. The support levels remains the same.
