Is the break going to happen or will we get a reverse in this key zone!? Comment your thoughts

Have we formed a well structured flag for an upside continuation or will we still get a break to the downside!? I would add no more position until a clear break of the 1.713 level. Will post the chart in a few hours when I’m on a computer.
