We have reached a key support/resistance line. I would wait for a cross above the current descending direction, on a lower timeframe before looking for a solid buy.

Here's a 30M view of the anticipated move. I'd like to see a break up of the descending line, retest and then go up from there.Note
Potential for long given we've broken up above descending line, retested key support/resistance line. Might wait for current green candle to close for confirmation.
