Huge wick from Institutions as they see Huge order blocks in the premium zone = More money for them. Order blocks include Sell limits/pending ones, people's Stop loss including, etc.
If you zoom chart to 5M tf, you will see two huge candles 1 bullish and 1 bearish candle happening in just 10minutes. That is called Buy to Sell candles by the Whales (institutions/banks).
