We are going to have a strong bearish move for the banks and institutions to collect cheap euros to sell at higher levels. They sell what they have already bought by the US election, then buy again at the bottom to sell at higher levels (1.2200-1.2500). Without having enough cheap euros, the price does not really go up to a stable higher level. (They must buy cheap, sell expensive).
