EURUSD Idea for 17/8/23

520
Fairly basic structure to work with and I if I'm to stick to the rule-book we have three POIs to watch for confirmation entries as outlined in the chart. We may print another internal leg down in which case 1.08903 will take the role of the inducement but the decisional zone will remain where it is.

Keep up with my daily movements in the updates section below
Note
So during Asia, the inducement shifted and we are now approaching it snapshot

I'm looking at a potential little counter move like this with a confirmation entry snapshot

Pretty fair to say that one is not coming back. My counter-trend criteria was not met, sadly but what a nice move snapshot

Pretty good day. I want to see more confirmations on counter-trend entries and both those big buys today didn't fit my criteria. Testing tells me that over the long run, I'm better off filtering these out but it still tastes bad when you wave them off!

I had the supply zone that pushed us down as a high probability zone in this forecast. That zone should have moved down when the new inducement was formed rendering the candle (our zone) it was originally on a smart money trap. I didn't use it as an entry point for that reason but once I saw it moving down with momentum, I mapped the M1 and hooked a supply zone

The momentum today has left the M15 blurred so I will be using my M5 reading glasses for tomorrow's forecast
