The current EURUSD trend is bearish, with a retest indicating bearish Fair Value Gap (FVG) or being situated within premium zones. These premium and discount zones (PD) are defined relative to Fibonacci levels. When the price is below 50% of Fibonacci levels, smart money tends to show interest in long positions. Conversely, above 50% of ICT Fibonacci levels, there is an inclination towards selling. This concept forms the foundation of ICT Fibonacci Levels. The Inner Circle Trader typically employs 68% and 78% Fibonacci levels for determining optimal trade entries (OTE).
