As a price makes higher high, each wave becomes weaker and weaker; this is perfectly indicated in MACD histogram with divergence.
For me, it is obvious that bulls become weaker and bears become stronger at the same time, so after a false breakout, I would expect to see local reversal movement to the marked low.
On the 4H timeframe, we already have MACD histogram (became bearish) signal for entry.
