Facebook SHORT? With a P/E OF 23 and 30% growth YoY?

Facebook, I mean META, is not doing so great! As the S&P 500 continues to rally and reach new all-time highs, should Facebook shareholders be worried?

From a value Investor perspective, I see a big opportunity here! Facebook has a huge 30% YoY revenue growth with a P/E of 23! Crazy! And just look at what they are doing! Metaverse presentation was mind-blowing! Check it out if you haven't already! youtube.com/watch?v=Uvufun6xer8&t=4s

But then why is the stock falling?
Facebook’s stock has tumbled further than other technology leaders because of two recent events: the release of internal documents that demonstrate corporate governance problems and the more than five hour shutdown of its operations on October 4.

Should you buy more?
My opinion is straight forward — YES. The world is too dependent on Facebook to stop now. Don't forget that Facebook Inc. owns not only Facebook app but also Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus VR…

Technical side
Facebook formed a descending channel. Usually that means the stock is going to drop more until it breaks out.

Game plan
If you don't own any FB, I would get some now and add on the way down (if it goes down). If it goes to $300 (which is not a likely scenario) you should really consider making FB one of your biggest positions.

Hope this helps. All the best, LeTraderRytis.
