Smol long into tmr AM print
- sub 20x PE and 2x peg (pf adj. for debt) is reasonable for mkt leader
- like the stable coin angle, think they really talk this up... as i've written about previously
- v "consumer" exposed (similar to how i wrote about
DECK). if this name sells off hard, i'd be happy to 2...3x the size of position, lower and ITM with a longer-duration strike
- but ultimately at 5% fcf yield, strong mgmt, mkt leader... the setup is probably a 7/10 long and usually i take these pitches but size moderate in order to not lose too much, more of a sharpen the knife position... and remain on my radar to make bigger move if/as. not wed to the stock, think there's other stuff i'd want to own LT instead, but interesting trade for my consideration/ book

haven't even looked at results but i've loaded sub 139 pre mktV

1/ pre mkt at -17% this is trading at about 6% fcf yield2/ for a company of this size, with such a moat/ leader and growing DD... you won't find another 6%
3/ idk what the right level is, but likely 4-5% given this result, which should mean shares at most sb -10%, not -17%
4/ mkt at highs, looking toppy will tend to hurt names like this if we do get a risk off
5/ this could mean we still haven't hit lows, but likely this w/b in the 120s (i'd even posit "at most" - and i don't typically write this) - which is only -15% from here.
taking this all into account w/ a multi-year compounder, nothing fundamentally broken, stable coin beneficiary (hottest narrative in the mkt today) with 15% downside on my pretty conservative case... this thing is pretty obvious. i already now have this at a 3% position pre-mkt. i necked out on some rented (ITM calls into result for the tune of 10 bps - which won't hurt much - this is why i do this!)... but now i'm going for the jugular and building size.
pls add any thoughts/ links if u see otherwise. always seeking truth! let's do this together.
