-The Bank of England lowered its key interest rate by 25 bps to 4.75%, in line with expectations, following a hold in September and a quarter-point cut in August. The U.S Fed USINTR is also expected to cut rates by 25bps today, following a larger 50bps reduction in September. Traders are keen for signals on future policy, particularly after Trump’s re-election.
