Hello traders,
We are very likely going to turn to the upside but there are 2 situations I see for this pattern. It is important to note that this upside is not a reversal, because the correction is still incomplete.
We will either get rejected on the green trend line and fall to make a WXYXZ ‘3’ wave and complete the biggest 123 structure on the weekly time frame.
The other scenario is that we will hold on the green trend line, consolidate and go up to the 1.84 level in order to complete a standard 123 flat structure before heading back down to complete the bigger picture ‘3’ impulse down.
