When there is a moving average cross over, price will change direction. In this example, a long momentum bearish CS crossed the EMA50 (black line) indicating a bearish bias. Right after that, the EMAs (20/50) crossed each other indicating a reversal of price movement. However, do not make any entry at the cross over point. Wait for a retracement to take place before making an entry short.
