GBPUSD: 18/09/2023: Will liquidity collected?

I am targeting sell-side liquidity for GBPUSD.
There are two scenarios to reach that point.
The first scenario is (that I follow) price can go lower from here.
The second scenario is the price test of the bearish order block and then goes for the sell-side liquidity.
