1.39290 has been a strong resistance level that has been hindering the bears from emerging fully, if broken-out will lead to the formation of a new high and an introduction of the bears into the market. if price breaks 1.38585 before 1.39290, price will gain momentum to breakout 1.39290 or break down 1.38238.
