Buying opportunity on Gold!

228
Hello, traders.

Let’s analyze Gold from both a technical and fundamental perspective.

Technical Analysis:
Gold has been in a strong bullish trend over the past weeks, showing no signs of slowing down. Last Friday, it surged past the $3,000 mark before closing slightly below, setting a new all-time high. At the start of this week, price direction remained uncertain. However, after breaking above the previous high, we anticipate further upside, with the $3,032 level catching our attention.

Historically, price has faced rejection at dynamic resistance, which is more evident on the hourly timeframe. Around this level, we may see a shift in market structure, potentially leading to a pullback.

Fundamental Perspective:

1. Geopolitical and Economic Instability – Growing uncertainty over global trade policies, particularly U.S. tariff strategies, has led investors to seek refuge in gold. As concerns about economic shifts increase, the demand for gold as a safe-haven asset has strengthened.

2. Central Bank Accumulation – Several central banks, including those in China and Poland, have been increasing their gold reserves. This move is largely driven by a push to reduce reliance on the U.S. dollar and hedge against geopolitical risks, providing steady support for gold prices.

3. Inflation Expectations and Interest Rate Speculation – With inflation fears persisting and potential rate cuts by the U.S. Federal Reserve on the horizon, gold has become more appealing. Lower real yields on traditional assets make gold, which doesn’t offer interest, a more attractive store of value.

4. Market Momentum and Investor Speculation – Gold’s recent surge past the $3,000 mark has fueled technical buying and increased investment in gold ETFs. If prices hold above this level, further speculative interest could drive them even higher surpassing the 3032 resistance level.
