FSR continues to ride the wave of GSV Capital (GSVC) as we believe the Twitter IPO will prove successful. We also favor private equity over the general stock market. This gives the small investor a way to invest in private equity. While this issue has had a big run-up lately we are looking for a target price of $18 - $20 before we consider selling.
