CRASH with covid. Achived 50% retrace. Downtrend in a solid range since covid. If crosses over, $23.19ish confirmation of breakout. $38.50 target. $18.99 would be stoploss. bullish on the RSI.

It stopped out. Has now turned into a potential bearish cypher, but must get down to like $16.50ish to accomplish that.
