ICX/USDT Golden Cross is a buy signal?
Based on the technical analysis, this is a nice golden cross and nice retracement. Next is timing and liquidity flow in.
For investors, this will be a nice buying from the risk management point of view. 1st target will be like 3-5%. I would recommend the investor take in the short term for any product in the market at this moment. Because the market is not stable as in the global market is down. Therefore I would suggest step by step to accumulate your poker money :)
