5th wave can be truncated. But depends on move of BTC. If we are right now in 4th wave (it can last 2-3 days)

In case that SaP500 will fall down for correction (expected 8-15% ) it will pull down also BTC and together all ALTS incl. ICX.Then possible drop to 0.18xx levels. Lets fill our bags with coins ;)
