Personally, I am very concerned with what will happen in the real estate market come July when people are expected to start being foreclosed on... Due to COVID this has been delayed for months... It could keep being delayed, but I have been hearing July is when it will start. This is what makes this trade HIGH RISK.
Based on my TA I have given trend lines, entry points, and the highest price target I see in the next 2 months. This is a short term swing trade, not a long hold, IMO.
