WHEN U COMPARE TO SP500, THERE IS A BIG GAP BETWEEN RUSSELL 2000 AND SP500
I BEILEVE THAT RUSSELL 2000 NEED TO RETURN TO HIS ACTUAL VELUE VERY SHORTLY.
