if the price sustains above the 8/8 Murrey line and continues to make higher highs and higher lows, the outlook could be considered bullish. I would typically look for confirmation through additional bullish signals, such as increased buying volume or the price holding above this resistance turned support level. However, if the price starts to fall below the 8/8 line and especially the 4/8 major pivot, it might suggest bearish pressure.
