Green 5 to Blue 4 formed a nice flag pole, flag formed from blue 4 to support orange 1... Break above blue 6 means a test, and with strong momentum, at final resistance Orange 1. Break above that means a potential break above the entire structure shown: Bull flag starting at Orange 1, down to Pink2/Green1, and up above blue6 and final Orange 1.

After breakout of original H&S pattern, we formed a new H&S pattern that we have just broken with a solid candle on the 4hr chart.

Note

Be careful with these two daily candles in a row with large wicks up top. Both are still green though and part of a large breakout.
