After RBI BAN , incoming days ,kotak bank must move up or down.
Its time for Long Straddle ?

Note

Moved -2% the next day, for long straddle, stocks have to move a minimum of 4% for breakeven. hope the downtrend will continue ..

Move +2%, again came to the starting point, still 3 more days to go.

Moved Down, also the market is bearish. Entered profits.

Note

waiting for tmrw Earnings report. if earnings are positive. we will go into loss.

A positive earnings Report came, Exit is the best option.

Note

For a 50k Investment, this long straddle currently profits around 6k, but tmrw, if stock is Above 4%, Loss starts. A Positive earning report will give a positive boost, unless some major crash happens, long straddle will not work from here.

Positive Move Came, and option buyer arch enemy Time Decay won again.
