RSI 30 70 alerts
this script will
-show arrows on top of the RSI chart when RSI is more than 70
-show arrows below the RSI chart when RSI is less than 30
-send an alert when RSI pass the 70 limit
-show an alert when RSI pass the 30 limit
-show arrows on top of the RSI chart when RSI is more than 70
-show arrows below the RSI chart when RSI is less than 30
-send an alert when RSI pass the 70 limit
-show an alert when RSI pass the 30 limit
