LTC looking good

- LTC reaching its lowest low since 05/2017
- Next support (Weekly) is at 3050 sats
- Historically an RSI dip below 30 followed by a return above 30 has lead to sharp increases in BTC value
- I'll open up a long once RSI breaks above 30
Target 1: +/- 10% gain
Target 2: 15% at 5547 (daily level)
