The blue candle at the bottom is from BTCCNY 4H chart between SEP/2016 and JAN/2017, price from RMB4000 to 8800, I think you can find something familiar, I'm not suggesting you to short, just need to be careful.

I'm not holding LTC right now, anyway, but the LTC has speed up under the pressure of upper track, in my opinion if 12H stoch RSI cross up, it will make new high, and also you need to watch the lower track, if it breaks, LTC will need more time for retracement.
