LTC ready to move up again?

I am new to charts and learning every day. With that said. I believe this might be a bullish Diamond pattern on the 4HR chart. I could be wrong but with RSI lowering and not in overbought territory. Watching BTC and DOGE going up is sometimes a good indicator that LTC will follow.
