Possible Cup and Handle on the weekly, going to 130-145$, then back down to 70-80$ and ATH afterwards

first target reached...now there are 3 main possibilities, first one dropping to 70-80$, second bouncing from 90-95$ and third one would be for LTC to continue rising up to 140-145$
