$LTC Targets
Based on the 2017 cycle, if we were to have a similar move, Target 1 seems like a lock. However, if things go ballistic, and this is crypto after all, then there is NOTHIN suggesting 
LTC can't reach for the stars and pull a Full 4.236 Fib Extension and head towards $1700. :o)
