LTCUSD: 4H DENIED again at resistance line

As above.
Too low of volume and persistent bears to get over that resistance line......... Looks like set-up for possible continued downward trend with lower highs and lower lows or at least side ways movement.
Overall, very indecisive market right now.
Will watch and also keep an eye on LTCBTC ratio.
