If there's a new breakout, this could be a good buy signal. Profit target 1 will be previous ATH, which could be broken quickly in these bullish times.
Note
LUN found support on and bounced off the 0.618 Fib Retracement Level. if we brake resistance of the descending trendline with enough volume following, this would be a good buy signal. First profit target would be the previous all time high.
