MATIC weekly plan (Shorts and long)

4th largest coin by volume on Binance. If you are not trading this coin, you are missing something.

After big pump & dump about -70%, it has broken its HTF MS structure. I am looking for shorts now as areas for re-tests.

Right now MATIC is very overbought and should have some "smaller" retracement (-10-17%) down to strong support (LTF MS Bullish break) which would be an area where I will look for longs.

As always, make it simple your chart and stick to your plan.

Trade active

You can short first resistance if you see on LTF weakness and target our support. It would be no surprise if this first resistance will be holding well because of how much price is overbought now.

if

the first resistance will not hold then wait for the price to reach second resistance or add more to your short at the second resistance.

Simple as that.

I have closed this trade. I have not expected this strength (go through resistances so easily & fast).

Bitcoin continues in consolidation without any signal of life, so it has opened a small altcoins relief as we can see here in MATIC.
