Monaco (MCO) about to breakout

I'm seeing some signs that Monaco is about to breakout.
Level 1 has already shown a BUY signal. Levels 0 and 3 (longer term) are building it.

Monaco has lost momentum.Since this is a solid coin I'm holding and waiting for consolidation.
