There are many reasons and I try not to explain them as I don't understand them myself. Not smart enough.
MSTR mostly moves 1.5/2x comapred to BTC. The disconnect happened on May 8th/9th and at the same time Implied Vola has been getting deflated. Saylor has started to offer some ATM stuff (I don't understand most of it, so please do your own study). So in the hindsight if BTC comes down, MSTR will not go down as much also. This disconnect is temporary imho. If you look long term MSTR has almost always outgrows BTC.
But if you notice MSTR/IBIT..there is a good chance this disconnect will continue till next week and then Imp Vol will go higher.
I see MSTR to go crazy in month of June. 520--720.
Also end of next month MSTR could be in the list of companies that could be added into S&P. There's a good chance of this happening.
