Interesting time shift

We see lower highs on Nasdaq since a while. Since beginning of October lower highs are developing with an interesting peace: 2w, 3w, 4 weeks. Are we expecting the 5 weeks period to see another lower high? So 7th of jan 2019 might be another high, after an important downtrend. Mr cartoon is the one who could endorse this "prediction". :)
