Neo is currently in the Apex, but with RSI going nowhere/ failing to go back up after breaking resistence, I would not buy at this stage.. a move to at least horizontal support seems very likely

Neo went a little higher than expected in short term. RSI went overbought on the hour chart which is something to keep notice of. On the 4 hour chart not much traction on RSI as of yet, also upmove confined by new drawn red boundary. No need to change view as of yet.Note
