Two possible $NEO patterns. Bullish.
NEO pennant forming. Might break out here or repeat what happened Aug 7. If neither happens there are a few support levels it may rally from. I'm watching it closely for a breakout.

The pennant's dragged on for a little longer, otherwise this stands.
