We can see NEO is at the end of the symmetrical triangle and a breakout is impending. I think we need more volume, but it can easily reach previous ATH at 140 sat. Don´t forget NEO has an important event next week (DevCon in San Francisco), so I guess it can try again break the resistance at 150 sat and then, to Pluto.
