If the next 2h candle is green and the volume goes up we are good to go. Then we won't touch support again.
Note
the candle did not turn out green and we have pressure from btc again, neo will be back up as soon as btc consolidates

The Trendline was stronger than Head & Shoulder's formation, so we are still bullish, all good. Now, only the RSI has to turn back up.

With btc reaching ath , neo breakout is on hold again. Alts will performing much better after august 12, stay tuned.
