$NEO - Chart and news both are suggesting a moon run here.
NEO - 4 hours chart looks quite bullish here. It has gained a huge amount of volume, a clear break out can be seen. Good thing is, it has crossed the resistance line recently. Once MACD line crosses the base line expect it to touch .006 level soon.
