Sooo If bitcoin is in an expanded flat then neo could be in an expanded flat as well. Its very likely and with the red pulse ICO coming up I would not be surprised if sentiment was this high.

Another count is A in the circle brackets is 1 (A) = 3 and (C) = 5, this count is invalidated if we drop bellow 13$ however im not sure this is possible because of the current bitcoin outlook.
