NEO broke out from bullish pennant. Now time for a retest!

Oh NEO how did I miss you. I tried to short you in the middle of the rally and that did not work out well. The trend is clearly up and looks like alts are ready to run. NEO already made considerable gains and now it looks like it is coming back to test this pennant and that would be good time to reload.
