NEO bottom ftw
NEOUSDT seems to have found its bottom at the double bottom on the 1hr chart. Poised for a reversal, NEO is chopping around in a bullish flag. Volume is tapering off as expected in a flag pattern. If we break to the upside, I will be bullish on NEO. If we break to the downside, look for support at 80 and again at 75.
