NEOUSDT, a good opportunity both for long-term/short-term

Guys,I think NEO has a very good opportunity here.
After got up from a small cup&handle level, we are facing the resistance which is strong. But good news is we have a very strong support with big volume during the past 1 year. This support has been tested several times as resistance before and now it becomes support level. I DO think this will help us a lot.and our target during halving is 20$ or more.
Another thing I have to remind: from 4h chart now its 0.618 level. You can enjoy it if you are a short-term trader.
