NEO is waiting for few bullish thing at the end of the March (Testnet 3.0). It can be significant news as fundament.
Also TA looks good now... we´re above the strong MA´s so we have good support under feets.
Still be careful about the BTC (because BTC need to close above MA´s). So we can go little bit lower. My opinion is -> long. You can wait till cross the trend line or for MA´s restest. It´s up to you which strategy is good for you.
