Natural Gas - Winter 2020-21 Update

213
On June 3rd I posted my strategy for trading Natural Gas this coming Winter (linked below). As prices slowly drift lower, it looks like traders are beginning to accumulate long positions.

I've opened a long position on the December(Z) E-mini contract and might add 1 or 2 more over the next couple months with the sell target up around 3.30ish. Will see how it plays out.
I chose the December contract because the volume on the E-mini is extremely thin on the January and February contracts.

+1 @ $2.76
Trade closed manually
Closed position for now as price approaches a fib level. Looking to get back in after storage report tomorrow.

-1 @ $2.885
Profit: $312.50
Note
The other reason I closed here is prices topped out at $2.89 last Winter.
Note
Ideally, looking for a dip towards $2.6 in the near term.
Note
Opened a new long position @ $2.82 on this contract. Updates on this trade will be on my more recent post titled "Natural Gas - Winter Contracts"
