NIFTY EW bear count, is 16k going to break?

NIFTY looks to be started C wave of regular flat correction. Target will be around 16k if this plays out.
Note
Seems Wave 1 down is completed at yesterday's low 16997 and reversed (seeing 212 reversal in 30 mins timeframe, lets see this reversal holds) for wave 2 up, expecting ABC bounce up to 50% retracement which will be around 17671 and 61.8% retracement will be 17828.
